"This small chapel was built in 1777 near to the village of Drefach Felindre in Carmarthenshire. The chapel stood on a hilltop overlooking the village. The chapel building was dismantled, stone by stone, and, in 1956, rebuilt at the St. Fagan's National History Museum near Cardiff. The cemetery remains at the original site, with a plaque marking the site of the re-located chapel." Text Source: (

"Probably first built as a barn during the mid-eighteenth century, the building was acquired in 1777 by the Unitarians for use as a meeting house or chapel. Penrhiw Chapel - A Unitarian Church is still used as a place of worship with services taking place at Christmas, Easter and Harvest Thanksgiving.
