The theater is now under the new owner of Barry Cinemas. From the Cinema Treasures web site:
The Acme Theatre opened in 1920, built for a prominent Riverton businesswoman, Belle Mote. The Acme Theatre continues in operation today, showing first-run movies. It is operated by Gabel Theaters, which also runs the Gem Theatre in Riverton and the Grand Theatre in Lander.
