These Wagon Wheels are located on the sidewalk in front of the Occidental Hotel Saloon at 10 N Main Street in downtown Buffalo, Wyoming.

These wagon wheels appear to be more than mere decorations. One set, attached by an axle are being used to blockade the doorway of a business that is closed for the day and one of those wheels is being used as a bicycle tender. Other wheels are connected by a hinge so that the can be folded together to take up less space. They may be in place to define a space in front of the saloon where people can enjoy a libation while not violating the law.
