This sign did not fare as well as its twin on the north wall of the building. Direct rays of the sun have faded out the elements of the sign to a much greater degree. The slogan "Rest Assured" is a nice play on words and has survived the best of any of the sign elements.
This sign advertises the Trail Hotel which probably occupied this three-story building. The ground floor is now occupied by Beartooth Physical Therapy and the upper floors appear to be residential units.
