The Cowichan Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion was established in 1926. The Canada Building was originally built in 1974, but the Legion didn't move in until 2005. The Branch was previously in their own 1960-built building at 575 Trunk Road, but had to down-size due to declining membership and increasing costs.
The Legion is open Monday to Saturday.
