This location is the yard lead for an auxiliary industrial yard, an intermodal container transfer facility, and an interchange point. There is almost a constant stream of trains, most with containerized cargo, passing this point. When things get really busy you may not be able to cross the tracks here for an extended period of time. There is plenty of room to park here to take photographs, but with the slow and almost constant movement of trains you'll usually have time to turn off your engine and get out of your vehicle right in the traffic lane.

This is a heavy industrial area, dominated by auto dismantlers and recycling centers, so the is nothing in the way of alternative activities while waiting for another train to pass.
