These small walk-up/drive-up-only locations are beginning to pop up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, (
visit link) and this one was born fairly recently. There's no seating, no wifi, just coffee and food to go with it. They've got a few coffees that are different from the place across the street with the green sign, as well as food items like pretzel sandwiches, burritos, and fried pies.
