This totem is one of many in the City of Duncan, known as the "City of Totems". It has been here for quite some time, but I'm unable to find any information about who carved it, when, or what it represents. As far as I can tell, the figures in the totem, from top to bottom, are the eagle, a man holding what could be two bear cubs, and the killer whale.
