This building was Duncan Fire Department's fire hall from 1949 to 1984. At the time of construction, it was considered state-of-the-art and had 3 bays. The apparatus bays have since been converted to retail space and until a few years ago housed a used bookstore. The Old Firehouse Wine Bar is the current resident.
