This Outdoor Stairway is one of four sections paralleling the escalators of the Starway between the upper and lower lots of Universal Studios Hollywood located at 100 Universal City Plaza in Universal City, California.

Each section, starting from the bottom, is comprised of 6 flights of 20 steps each, separated by landings (the top section is only 5 flights). You definitely see more people descending these very long stairways than climbing up them. Going up you might see a significant number of people climb the bottom section. The further up you go, the more people switch over to the escalators until very few make the climb up the fourth and shortest section.
