Church dates back to medieval times, the tower was rebuilt 1753. It is stone and square built with two belfry openings.
There are eight bells founded by John Warner and Sons - 1893.
At the present moment the bell mountings are in need of remedial work. In the village there are posters requesting help in raising money towards this.
