Built around 1910, this two-story Arts and Crafts home freasutres a gable roof that extends over the front porch. A bay on the Leffelle Street side is covered with a shed roof. This house was originally an Episcopal rectory located at 554 Chemeketa Street, likely moved in the 1950s.
