Built in 1889, this was the first building specifically designed and built for the Academy. During my visit there was extensive renovation being performed on 3 of the buildings.

Walker Hall, built 1889 (Puller & Delano, architects): a two and
one-hair storey classroom building of Romanesque Revival design, this
building is of brick construction with rock-faced sandstone trim. Majorfeatures include a wide sandstone entry area, arched windows (1st storey), arched windows with transoms (2d storey), gabled dormers and a slate covered hip roof.
