This cobblestone along NY Rt 14 south of Geneva, NY has a herringbone pattern of alternately slanting cobbles and a lattice frame around the front porch, giving it a more whimsical look than most cobblestones.

This has standard large limestone quoins and limestone lentils and sills. Four rows of cobbles per quoin mark the cobbles as typical medium size, but if you take a close look at the cobbles (in the default pic, the best place to look is to the right and above the window shutters) you will see that they are laid diagonally in alternate directions forming a herringbone pattern. This suggests that the cobbles selected may have been somewhat larger and flatter than typically used.
The porch Is quite different from the typical cobblestone, with a construct of lattice work around the porch roof just below a dental pattern facia at the roofline.
