On the day that I visited, this park was being peacefully co-used by both bikers and skateboarders alike. Everyone was getting along with each other. This park seems to be large enough to accomodate both with ease, and while I am not a skater, it seemed like the features were well-designed to allow each form to co-exist with each other. All-in-all, a nice, large skate park.
