The mill is located about 15 kilometres southeasterly from Znojmo. It is a spectacular renaissance building with four operational waterwheels and a hammer pond. It is a unique technical monument due to its size and architectural interpretation. The route is changed slightly because the interior of the building is being reconstructed and new exposition is currently being created. The focus of the exhibition is the inner-space of the mill itself, where you can see several complete factory units e.g. old-time Bohemian mill equipment, American and cylindrical mill equipment. It is possible to observe the entire process of grain-grinding while observing these objects.

Mlýn se nachází asi 15 kilometru jihovýchodne od Znojma. Objekt je pozoruhodnou renesancní stavbou velkomlýna se ctyrmi funkcními vodními koly a mlýnským náhonem. Svým rozsahem a architektonickým ztvárnením je opravdu ojedinelou a zajímavou technickou památkou. Vzhledem k rekonstrukcním pracem v interiéru a tvorbe nové expozice byla pochuzková trasa upravena. Težište prohlídky spocívá ve vlastních prostorách mlýna, kde si návštevník muže prohlédnout v ukázkovém provozu ctyri kompletní výrobní celky – staroceské mlýnské složení, kašník, amerikánské a válcové mlýnské složení. Na nich lze sledovat celý proces mletí obilí. Každorocne v mesíci zárí se pred památkou za spoluporadatelské úcasti TMB koná setkání tradicního lidového remesla a folklorních souboru pod názvem "Slavnosti chleba".
