This greenhouse is located to the east of the Asahel Bush House. It is a contributing structure within the Gaiety Hill/Bush's Pasture Park Historic District. According to the historic district nomination form, it was built in 1882 and is now the oldest greenhouse in the state of Oregon. Through the years, several restoration efforts have allowed the building to continue to served as a functional greenhouse.
