This mural goes on for a couple dozen meters, painted on the wall of the former mental institution Júlio de Matos, in Lisbon. Nowadays the complex serves several purposed related with public health.
The mural can be seen in the back of the complex, on the wall of Rua das Murtas.
It's a complex set of paints with different subjects. There is a Mr. bean like character and an old ethnic character, probably representing an African man.
And birds... and other bits of art which only the author can explain.
