"This is a one-story adobe one-room adobe house,of modest size, built of sun-dried brick made from native soil. We would consider its condition as unaltered in that it has not been severely remodeled. However, we know that it has been restored and maintained through the years, and we suspect that the tile roof, beams, floor, and fireplace are not of the original construction. This should be checked. With the exception of these afore mentioned factors, we believe it must look very like the original appearance. The building is still in overall fair condition but needs continued maintenance; some spots are beginning to show deterioration." (visit link)
