Surprise: You're in a hotel, so it can get busy here. There are plenty of people working, most of them friendly, and they'll get you on your way pretty quickly, despite lengthy lines. One wonders, though: Why the limited hours, unless our experience (during a convention) this week was atypical, with people all over the second floor in the night hours.
