The memorial consists of three granite panels standing on a granite base. The outer light grey panels list the names of the veterans who lost their lives in the various wars. The center panel is a dark grey panel with with the following inscription:

Wall Of Honor
Dedicated To The
Men And Women
Of Dunklin County
Who Suffered And
Died In The Defense
Of Our Country

Duty Honor Country

On the base is the following inscription:

Killed In Action, Died Of Wounds, Or Lost Lives As Result of Operational Movements In War Zones.
