These chimneys are located directly on Highway 101, on a building that houses a restaurant. They are also directly across from the popular "Whale Park" where there is a sculpture of a whale's tale, and a water spout that erupts every 4 or 5 minutes.
Both the chimney and the building appear to have been cobbled together in haphazard fashion, from leftover pieces. I think the chimney has an artistic value, it is rather pretty.
