Built in 1860 and altered in 1890 is a good example of bothe Italianate and Queen Anne styles.

This is a good example of Italianate and Queen Anne Victorian home. Built in 1860 for Israel Southwick, a local manufacturer and master mechanic. The house is a 2 story wood framed structure sitting of a dressed granite foundation. Windows are bracketed cap. The main part of the house is symmetrical around a center entrance. A Queen Anne style porch was added around 1890 with a circular pavilion.
