"Upon arrival stop by the Stewart Visitor Centre for more information on outdoor recreation, culture and dining opportunities. You can also pick up a booklet on walking tours of the town’s historic buildings at the Stewart Historical Museum, or stay and peruse the numerous exhibits outlining the town’s mining history. Other items on display at the museum include movie props used in films like “Insomnia” and “The Thing,” which were filmed in the Stewart and Hyder areas."
