The laying of the corner stone was on 7/31/1724. So the church is nearly 300 years old. The denomination of the church is Roman Catholic.
The church is created in bohemian baroque which is very untypical in Southern Germany. the plans have been made by the architect Franz Maximilian Kanka freom Prague. 2007-2009 the church was totaly renovated.
It has been sponsored originally by the Fürsten von Fürstenberg.
