There is also the Mural of Heroes. The three who died - Captain Daniel Nockles, Michael Forchione and Michael Talley - of Engine Company 58 are shown with white angel's wings as they battle the fire. The inscription reads: Our modern day heroes still,and always will be, those who are brave enough to risk their life in order that another be saved. The project was directed by Phil Greco of the 14th Police District and painted by Jose Berrios along with his neighborhood art crew Creatin' Blastin' Art.
