This building was originally built in 1903 for Western Express Parcel Delivery. The building has undergone many renovations over the last century, but the primary corner and general footprint are still similar to the original construction. The building is flatiron-shaped due to the Esquimalt & Nanaimo Railway line running behind the property. It's now occupied by Top Dog Daycare & Spa.
