From the Cinema Treasures website:
"Originally dating from the 1920’s. The Orland Theater was remodeled in 1942 to the plans of architect Frederick W. Quandt. Rather plain, but the Streamline roofline is interesting. The three terra cotta medallions on the facade are an archaic touch.
The interior appears only slightly altered, and the most interesting feature remains; two oversize plaster statues of knights in the lobby." Source
The theater is currently (2013) the Active Force Ministries Soda Shop, the sign for which is displayed on the old marquee. And a bit of the old theater remains on the sign. The front upright still has the neon tubing with the word Orland.
