The Elite Grand Hotel building was constructed in 1904-06 and designed by architect Werner Northun. It originally housed the Gota Hotel and shops, offices and homes. In 1980-82 the property was rebuilt throughout into a hotel.

Elite Grand Hotel faces the Motala River, 200 metres from
Norrköping Central Station and just off Drottninggatan shopping street. It offers a spa, British pub and free in-room Wi-Fi.
Set in an early 20th-century building, all rooms at Elite Grand have a work desk and multi-channel TVs. Many of them have either river or courtyard views.
