In 1900, showed Norrköping Enskilda Bank its prosperity by erecting this magnificent Art Nouveau façade materials of red sandstone. The architect who received the prestigious assignment to design the building was the prominent architect Gustaf Wickman include designed the interior to the Berns Hotel in Stockholm, Stockholm exhibition pavilions for 1895-1897, Sundsvall Enskilda Bank and Sabbatsbergs Hospital. The well-preserved facade and those beautiful paintings found in the former banking hall shows that the building was one of Norrköping's most lavish buildings of all time. Through the years the building has been adapted for office use but the house also contains a lot of dwellings where all the furnishings are preserved and well maintained. The rebuilding was done with great care and with the help of old restoration procedures.

The stately façade is Norrköping best preserved with façade Öveds sandstone and fields of brown stucco. The façade also has huge beautiful sculptural carved decorations. The building consists of five floors and a loft that is decorated. Housing all windows are completely original and have been recently renovated very carefully.

The apartments are extremely lavish with curved hallways, large airing and common balconies, high wall panels in white and with fine ådringsmålning. The floors are also nice fireplaces in various styles and sizes. Wood flooring and herringbone parquet are almost in all rooms. Kitchen with tiled floors and decorated in a modern character, the original pigkamrarna been converted into bathrooms with high standards. Many of the apartments consists of five rooms and a kitchen with very large areas.

The building's stairwell consists of fine sculptures in wood with marbling painting, elevators in the original with fine wrought works, elevator interior in good condition. Handrails, carpentry and port doors are very fine and well-preserved condition. Lägenhetsentreér consisting of French double doors with fine ådringsmålning and name plate in brass.
