This triangulation station benchmark is said to be stamped with "Cascade 1942", however I was unable to read any such stamp marks due to scarring. The benchmark proper is discernible in every other respect.

There is a reference marker a mere 50 feet away. If there is a second one, as indicated on the data sheet, I didn't find it.

According to the data sheet, the triangulation station at h summit was not placed in 1942 when surveyed because it was buried under ice. Some appropriate mark was made, however, and the bronze disk eventually set.
