Audubon Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist church in Henderson, KY. It is located on Hwy 351 (Zion Rd.) just to the east of the city. The church is an old congregation, originally opening doors in 1892, albeit at a different location.
The church started as a mission out of First Baptist Church in Henderson in 1892. The church was then located at the corner of Letcher and Helm Sts in downtown Henderson. After several remodels and expansions, the church finally bought a large tract of property outside of town in 1974. It took a long while, but in 1988, the church moved to their current location on the edge of the city.
The church has started a few mission churches. One being Hyland Baptist in Henderson as well as Finley Baptist in Finley, KY.
Audubon Baptist is a member of the Green Valley Baptist Association.
