This building was originally the fire hall for the community of Langford. After it was replaced by a new fire hall, it housed a branch of the Greater Victoria Savings & Credit Union. While the credit union occupied the building, you could still tell that it was once a fire hall. The credit union moved out several years ago, and, after sitting vacant, was completely renovated in 2012 and 2013. The current tenants, Bin 4 Burger Lounge, officially opened on March 2, 2013. It's now completely unrecognizable as a former fire hall.
