This boat ramp is operated and maintained by the Esquimalt Anglers' Association. Use of the boat ramp is free for members of the association, and $10 per use for non-members. The Fleming Beach Boat Ramp is one of the few boat ramps near downtown Victoria, so it can be very busy at times.
