The new Blanchard High School has a statue of twin lions in the middle of a circular drive in front of the school. The school mascot is the lion. The statues are on a concrete pedestal about 3 feet high. The lions are about 4 foot high, maybe 6 feet long. The area around the pedestal is planted in tall prairie grass.
