The large part of the churchyard has had almost all of the headstones laid flat and largely illegible, the area well grassed and mowed. Set in the bushes at the side of this area are two Commonwealth War Graves. In addition,at the side of the church,is an area used for the resting place for peoples ashes with marker stones.

One of the CWGC headstones reads -
"20193 Corporal
W. FOLKS
King's Own Yorkshire L.I.
23rd February 1920 age 24.

Called To Higher Service"

The other CWGC headstone reads-
"TR5/186072 private
W.YOUEL
116 Training Reserve BN.
3rd July 1918 age 21"
