Braum's is open year-round, thanks to its being warm in this part of the country. Besides being a place to get great hand-dipped ice cream or soft, frozen yogurt, their burgers are miles ahead of the other fast food chains, often featuring local add-ons like jalapeños or chipotle sauce. In the mornings, a wide variety of breakfasts are available, from scrambled eggs to breakfast tacos and breakfast sandwiches. Menus are available at their website.
The most important stuff, of course, is the ice cream. They make 120 flavors, with 24 of them available in a given store, ranging from hand-dipped ice cream to sherbet to frozen yogurt. If a cup or a cone isn't your thing, they also serve up floats, shakes, malts, sundaes, freezes, mixes, old fashioned sodas, and probably the most popular item, banana splits.
This location is walk-in only; there is no drive-through. Food can be eaten inside or ordered to go. They accept credit cards and cash only.
