Old Fire Department Bell mounted on a brick base outside the Colton, NY fire hall.
The bell was made by the Rumsey and CO in Seneca Falls. The original pulley is affixed. There is also the standard Fire Department blue light attached under the bell, though it has suffered the indignity of vandalism.
The small brass memorial plaque affixed to the base reads:
