Built in 1881 by Jared VanCamp, undertaker, cabinet and furniture builder this property originally was the Petrolia outlet for the London Furniture Store. The Orange Lodge was located on the premises for a number of years and it became known locally as the Orange Hall.

Most recently restored and occupied by Grandis Jewellers, however, a fire on August 10th 2004 in the adjacent building resulted in so much damage that the second storey had to be removed. Grandis Jewellers are now relocated in the Odd Fellows Hall, another heritage building a few doors down the main street.

The picture below shows the building as it looks today, the inset shows it as it was before the fire. Currently the future of this building is uncertain.
