Le Lac aux Américains se situe dans le Parc National de la Gaspésie.
Il est au pied du Mont Albert, une des Montagnes des Chic-Chocs.
D'une superficie moyenne, ce lac est accessible par un sentier relativement simple d'une dizaine de minutes à pied (un peu plus de 1km).
Un refuge se trouve a proximité du lac où tout le monde peut accéder.
Les coordonnées mènent à un un ponton aménagé au bord du lac (voir photo).

The Lac aux Américains (American's lake) is located in the National Park of Gaspésie. It is just at the foot of the Mont Albert, one of the Chic-Chocs mountain.
It is accesible by foot with a more than 1km trail. The given coordinates leads you to a panoramic view of the lake. Others coordinates leads you to the parking and the begining of the trail.
