King Solomon Lodge #5, one of five founding Masonic Lodges in Arizona.  The lodge  was organized on the second floor of the Schieffelin Hall in the Masonic Hall on March 14, 1881.  The lodge continues to meet in Schieffelin to this day.  Text of plaque:
