The Zippy database says this was in Leggett, California, but I spotted it at the Legends of Bigfoot Souvenir Shop in Garberville. There are many wood carving for sale here, but this seems to be a permanently fixed display.
In this strip, the gnome wishes Zippy "Happy Holidays" and Zippy thinks he's psychotic. By the last pane the gnome realizes that Zippy hasn't even started his Christmas shopping and Zippy realizes he cannot hide things from the psycho-elf.
