Several years ago, this location was reported to be the busiest Tim Hortons in Western Canada. The lineup for the drive through routinely extends all the way around the building and spills out onto Goldstream Avenue, sometimes severely disrupting traffic. There's rarely a time of day or night when there isn't a car in the drive through. This location is also a popular place for groups to gather at any hour due to the four outdoor tables and numerous brick walls that are a perfect sitting height. It was built in 1999.
