The Town Hall was built in 1921. The clock is mounted on the second pedestal at the front of the building. A cupola is mounted over the clock with a weather vane topping the cupola. The clocks re mounted on all four sides of the pedestal. The clock face appears to be translucent, possibly for nighttime lighting effect or simply a shaded white background. The hour digits are roman numerals with simple hash marks for minutes. The hands are black like the numbers
