A small out-dated park in Bradford in need of many repairs

We found this park in Bradford PA after making a wrong turn, and we just had to stop and play when we saw all the old-school play equipment (the kind I remember playing on as a kid). Sadly almost all of the equipment is in a state of disrepair.
We found the park to contain:
- a merry-go-round that has serious bearing issues. The whole structure rocks up and down on the central pivot, making it very hard to maintain a centrifugal motion. Not safe for use.
- a four-way teeter-totter with coil springs which have become partially detached at the base. Not safe for use.
- a large metal slide
- regular and infant swings: watch for the metal chain ends which might snag your clothing (as happened to one of us)
- monkey bars
- a small basketball court
- a picnic shelter with no picnic tables
There were no kids at the park when we visited, in spite of a seemingly high density of kids living in the nearby area (based on the number of kids we saw playing in the front yards nearby)
