Le sentier inter-régional no.22 relie l’Outaouais (Club Petite Nation), les Laurentides et Lanaudière (Club Quad Matawinie). Il est donc possible de partir du Sud-Ouest de la province (Duhamel, Namur, etc.) pour se rendre vers Lanaudière en passant par Saint-Michel-des-Saints et donc la réserve Rouge-Matawin. Avec l’ouverture du sentier Trans-Zec, c'est près de 800 kilomètres de sentiers qui vous attendent en partant de Labelle.
Le Club Quad Iroquois est un club 4 saisons doté de plus de 200 km de sentiers d’hiver et de 168 km de sentiers d’été. Il vous est possible de faire une boucle de 154 km comprenant 5 refuges chauffés disséminés tout au long du parcours.

The inter-regional trail no.22 connects Outaouais (Club Petite Nation), the Laurentians and Lanaudière (Club Quad Matawinie). The Iroquois Club Quad is a 4 seasons club with more than 200 km of winter trails and 168 km of summer trails. It is possible to make a 154 km loop with 5 heated shelters scattered throughout the course.
