This Vulcan plow is in better condition and displayed in a better position than its nearby counterpart. This plow was used to dig deep into the soil and turn it over completely to incorporate organic matter on the surface. The No. 12, I believe, indicates that it was designed to cut a 12 inch deep furrow.
