According to the facebook page (see web link) the Central Crossing Fire Protection District provides fire, rescue and EMS services for 130 square miles near Shell Knob. I have personally visited and waymarked several of the stations belonging to this district.
Although this station is only a few miles north of Shell Knob, it has an Aurora address, though Aurora is 24 miles north. It was not listed on the topographic maps at the time of this waymark posting. I happened be turning from MO-76 onto MO-39 south when I noticed (to the north) what looked like a fire station; and it was! So this waymark will put the station on the map.
