This colorful utility box sits in a gap in some hedges along 28th Street, near Telegraph Avenue. The ends facing the hedges are unpainted. The Street Side has a rainbow of colors and two cartoon characters, a male and female, that perhaps someone will recognize.
The parking lot side has a closer view, more of a head shot, of the two characters on the street side. It appears they might be in love from the hearts and the look in their eyes.
