This utility box seems to be named Street Sound. It features musical notes on a purple background. The street side features a trumpet player.

This predominantly purple utility box says "Street Sound" on the sidewalk side. The street side has a large image of a trumpet player. Scattered around the sides of the box are some musical notes and what seem to be curved staff lines (with only 3 lines?).
The artist name is visible in the artwork, but it was too stylized for me to figure out. Google didn't seem to help.
Unfortunately, this box has signs of tagging.
